HERCULES EMBOSS SYSTEMS
           
  Hercules Emboss systems are used to directly engrave natural or synthetic polymeric materials with single or dual CO2, or Fibre laser sources via AOM/AOD technologies for fast switching and processing times.

8 bit CT tiff data input  is used for the system. Data can be created via various 3D modelling packages, PhotoShop or scanned data from 3D depth scanning systems, (OmniScan3D). Engraving feature profiles and depths are controlled via an online material calibration technique

  To create embossing rollers via the acid etch process, Hercules emboss systems use fibre laser technology via AOM/AOD technology. For faster resist imaging, Hercules emboss systems are supplied with the ALE Multi-Beam-Graphics, (MBG), beam delivery head, (up to 4 beams).
